Regards MicMy name is Fiorella Tosti and together with my husband Paul and our three children finally made the move from Kingsgrove to Camden. This was a dream of ours for about 3 years, We were nervous but we took each step at a time and after selling our home of 11 years began approaching real estate agents in the Camden area. Before the December 2007 we had seen a few properties in various areas; Mount Hunter, Theresa Park, Douglas Park and Razorback. We spoke with different real estate agents who after asking us the usual questions never bothered to call us back. One agent, who wanted to make sure that we hadn’t gone to anyone else for helping finding our next home, promised to do some homework and get back to us. We never heard from him again. Finally we made a call to Tina Lewry, after finding a home that suited our needs, as our 7 year old son has cerebral palsy, we needed an appropriate home that was very open plan and had easy access to the entire house. Tina took the time from day 1 in getting to know us a little better, not just to show us this home. We missed out on this home but Tina kept us well informed with what was happening and made sure we had all the facts before my husband and I made any decisions. Any tedious and time consuming questions we had were met with a smile and her promises were kept. We always received prompt feedback, if there was an issue she couldn’t resolve, she would explain what needed to be done and always got back to us within the designated time frame. After hours were of no consideration for Tina, her aim was to make sure we were satisfied and had all the relevant facts. We eventually fell in love with a house in Belimbla Park, with further questions and her experience and patience guiding us through every step of the process, we managed to secure this home and are due to move in by the end of May 2008. From January 2008 after meeting Tina for the first time we never bothered calling any other agent. We both felt comfortable with her and knew she had our best interest at heart at all times. She showed us several properties that belonged to other estate agents, and even after finding our home in Belimbla Park, we wanted to see a couple more just to make sure we were absolutely certain this property was for us. This was not an easy task as we needed baby sitting, but Tina would go out of her way to make our life just that little bit easier and always our requests even when I took my toddler with me she carried him when he got tired!! Tina brings a fresh and honest aspect to real estate, which unfortunately is otherwise known to many as a deceitful and greedy business. Tina has always acted in a professional manner, has been honest, friendly, very respectful and above all we never felt pressured by her in any way. I commend Tina for all her efforts. I am very grateful that we found a genuine, happy, motivated and honest sales woman to do business with. With our families added requirements in finding a suitable home, she was truly a Godsend!!
